MEET ME
COACH STEPHEN

I have an extensive soccer coaching resume that is focused on improving skills, tactics, agility, fitness, speed and endurance.  Over the last 10+ years, I trained and regularly worked with youth, high school, college and professional players. My coaching experience includes youth travel programs, academy and college ID soccer camps, the IMG Academy in Bradenton, the renown APTT program in NJ and, most recently, a preseason camp for NWSL players, including players from Orlando Pride, Houston Dash, NY/NJ Gotham, Portland Thorns, OL Reign and others.

As a player, I learned from the best.  I grew up under the tutelage of the NY Red Bulls and repeatedly played with the academy programs of West Ham United and C.F. Pachuca.  I was selected for multiple US Youth National Teams and was a key player for the US Gold Medal winning men’s Maccabiah team.  I played D1 on a full scholarship at NC State and honored as Team Captain at Seton Hall.  I hold three US Men’s National Amateur Championships with Landsdowne Bhoys in New York and two consecutive NISA Championships with Flower City Union and Michigan Stars as a professional player. All sessions are personal.  I break everything down providing interactive feedback with simple easy to follow instructions designed to improve skill and build good, natural habits. I review each session with the player (and parent) to ensure they are happy with the individual session and the player’s goals and progress trajectory.

A typical 60-minute session is organized as follows:
  •  Warm-up and band activation
  • 30 minutes of technical work with over 300 touches on the ball
  • 30 minutes focusing on specific areas of need.

  • Online, electronic payments and credit cards are accepted.
  • Session price is credited towards a rescheduled session with a minimum 24-hour cancellation, or for cancellation due to inclement weather. Late cancellation is subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session price. No shows, or cancellations made two (2) hours or less prior to a scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee.
